A particularly satisfying sale this one, given this families 4 bedroom detached house in Downley never even made it to the open market, as it matched the criteria of a buyer I had already registered! Rightmove and Zoopla do a great job in creating leads in 2023, as increasingly does social media such as facebook, but going back to when I started in 2005 it was still common to get to know buyers and their needs intimately and match them to properties. I have never forgotten my roots and agreeing sales by introducing the buyers to the house, based purely on my instincts that they will like it enough to buy it, will always be the most satisfying sales I deal with! ★★★★★
