'It has been a great start for James Donald Homes in 2023, even in what is undoubtedly a tougher market courtesy of the economic climate. I am thoroughly enjoying working with my current clients and will contrinue to do all I can to find them ideal buyers.
I am always excited to get stuck back in when we enter a new year after what is typically a quieter time for the housing market over the festive period. I enter 2024 with some fantastic properties for sale (including plenty with serious interest already) and many more coming up soon! However I also have plenty of spare capacity (whilst maintaining a 5* service) and am excited to get out and see new properties and meet new local people!
