James is not just an estate agent - he is a wizard. He find the house you want then in the sale process he somehow manages to keep everyone informed and makes sure everything clicks. We have just exchanged on a long chain and without his expertise and diligence it never would have happened. If you want to actually sell your home and not just advertise it, then he is your man. Want more? I met James on a house viewing and was impressed. I didn't get the house (then) but he kept in touch and when he offered to sell my London home I bit his hand off. I had to pause the sale but he stayed in touch and relaunched the house at the right time. He then persuaded the people in the house I had seen that they wanted to move out and into another house he knew was coming up. 3 happy sets of sellers? - that's magic.
