I created James Donald Ltd in 2023. As your Local, Independent, Personal Estate Agent, I have worked in the local area as an estate agent since 2005, now well over 2 decades! This includes terraced houses, townhouses, semi-detached properties and detached properties, as well as residences with large plots of land and equine facilities. My purchasers come from all backgrounds, from first time buyers to buy-to-let investment purchasers, with perhaps the most common being clients selling a property to enable a purchase of another property, often a new home which may be either slightly larger or indeed smaller to suit their changing needs.

I handle all negotiations on your behalf and when required I can gladly recommend reliable and efficient conveyancing solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, structural engineers, removals and even house clearance companies. I produce professional imagery of my properties and unless an owner specifies they do not want any of our typical marketing options, we love to showcase our properties for sale with high quality floorplans, 360 degree virtual tours, video lifestyle and walk through tours and, where appropriate, aerial drone imagery too! I accompany all viewings unless specified not to by my owner and I provide immediate feedback and confirmation of my vacating your property.
