On Friday 1st March 2024 Downley based local Sales experts James Donald Homes and Penn based local Lettings experts HouseShaw merged their operations to offer a more comprehensive service to their current and future clients. All our property listings can now be found on the HouseShaw website, as well as on all major property portals.

James Donald and HouseShaw are actively involved with local community sponsorship and encourage you to approach us if you feel we may be able to help! We has long standing relationships with lots of associated businesses, including (for example) local board companies that can provide advertising for local events, plus we can also take on designing required materials for you which we hope may save organisers time and money that can be used elsewhere.
