James has always been the consummate professional and is very personable and friendly. From the outset James gave us advice, as it was a long time since we had moved but was never pushy. He gave us great confidence that he knew the local market and village well and the marketing of our home was superb. James is an excellent communicator and worked tirelessly often late giving us information on and feedback from viewings. James did all the viewings and worked hard at all times. We had a lot of interest very quickly due to his diligence and he was always on hand by phone and email with advice and expertise. He was always responsive to any questions we had. James did not stop once the offer was accepted but kept the sale progressing at all times. When our first sale fell through he was quickly to the rescue and sold our house again very quickly despite the changing market. He was on hand through exchange and completion ensuring everyone was progressing things as quickly as possible including liaising with solicitors. We spoke to all the usual 'corporate' agents but found James to be the most responsive, personable and honest.
